Villa Asterea is open throughout the year. 2008/09 rates are as follows:

1 May - 31 May: 110 Euros per night

1 June - 30 June: 120 Euros per night

1 July - 31 July: 140 Euros per night

1 August - 31 August: 220 Euros per night

1 September - 30 September: 160 Euros per night

1 October - 30 April 2009: 150 Euros per night 

Please note we do accept all major credit cards. There is a 10% discount on the above prices for 1 month stays or longer. 

The following services are free to all guests:

1. Cleaning service including change of towels and linen 2 times a week

2. Pool maintenance and cleaning every 2 days

3. Car parking

4. Private gardens

5. Fully equipped open kitchen

6. Washing machine and utilities room

7. Satellite LCD TV

8. Sun beds and umbrellas by the pool

The following services are available on request and paid locally

1. Air conditioning (6 Euros per day)

2. Prepaid Greek cell phone card with telephone on loan (30 Euros)
